Tips & Strategy

• Don't stand still. The swarm closes around you wherever you stop — keep moving in wide circular paths so your auto-firing weapons sweep through enemies as you go.
• Build around one weapon early. Picking upgrades for the same weapon repeatedly produces evolutions that are far stronger than a wide loadout of basic weapons.
• Bank your dash. The dash has a cooldown — don't use it to reposition casually. Save it for the moments when you're surrounded and need an immediate escape.
• Aim your Overclock at bosses. Activating the combo state when a boss appears is a clean way to take a huge chunk off their health before they reach their dangerous phase.
• Read enemy telegraphs. Most attacks have a brief wind-up animation. If you learn to recognize them, you can pre-dodge instead of reacting in panic.
• Take defensive picks when health is low. A weapon upgrade is worthless if you die before it pays off — armor, lifesteal, and dodge cards can save runs.
